Prices: All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Availability: If your chosen rose is not available, we will not substitute it for another variety. We will contact you via email to discuss an alternative rose.
Payment: Payment may be made either by Visa/Mastercard or direct deposit to our bank account.
When making a purchase on this website, your payment will be made via our payment gateway provider ANZ eGate. You will be temporarily redirected to ANZ for secure payment and data encryption.
Complaints: Please contact us immediately if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or Phone directly on 03 349 6458.
Shipping & Returns
Freight: Freight charges are calculated based on the quantity and type of roses ordered and added to the cost of the roses.
Delivery: Our roses are delivered via a reputable courier firm. Rural properties may be delivered to via a rural delivery agent.
We guarantee our roses to arrive in good condition. If for any reason they don’t arrive in good condition, we will send replacements at no extra cost.
Our roses are dispatched promptly on receipt of payment. Roses are not delivered or dispatched on a weekend or public holiday.
Refunds: We will refund your purchase price in full in accordance with the consumer guarantees act.
