Purchasing Gift Cards

You can purchase a range of gift cards, just like you would any other product in our online store. These gift cards contain a unique 12 digit code and can be sent via email directly to friends and family to be redeemed and  you can also purchase them to add credit to your own account to be used for future purchases.

When purchasing a gift card for someone, you can add a personalised message or additional information, you can enter the email address of the intended recipient and also choose a date you want them to receive it.

Alternatively, you can also choose to send this to your own email address where you may wish to print out the gift card and give it to them personally.

Redeeming Gift Cards

If you are wanting to redeem a gift card you have received, there are 3 ways you can do this, however we recommend creating an account and applying the gift card code to your account as this is the best way to keep your gift card safe and is the easiest way to use the credit whilst shopping online.

1. RECOMMENDED If you don’t already have an account, create an account at https://southpacificroses.co.nz/my-account/ and on your “My Account” page, click on the “Gift Cards” tab and apply your gift card code as a credit to your account for use in future purchases.This is the best way to store your gift card codes and the safest and easiest way to store and redeem it’s remaining value at checkout.
2. You can keep your code safe by writing it down or printing it out. You can then enter the code manually at checkout each time you make a purchase until the balance is used up.
3. You can click on the SHOP NOW button and go shopping straight away. Your Gift Card will be applied to your current shopping session but WILL NOT be automatically applied to your account so you will still need to write down or print out the gift card to use any remaining credit.
